New update! Exhibition rescheduled to 2022

The exhibition ‘Mirror, mirror on the wall. A portrait of refugees and their stories’ is a series of information boards and portraits of people who were forced to leave their homes that encourage the audience to come closer and discover more about their legal and personal situation as well as the reasons behind their decision to flee. It tells the story of fleeing one’s country and attempting to settle down in a new home. More than anything, however, it is an invitation to engage in dialogue with others, society and oneself.
The exhibition is a joint project realised in collaboration between students and staff at FAU, refugees, staff at FAU INTEGRA, artists, the city of Erlangen and local companies.

Exhibition opening has been postponed once more

The exhibition had to be moved from spring 2021 to winter 2021/’22. Due to current developments with regard to the pandemic, we now have decided to push it once more and are looking for a time in summer 2022.
